Recently, all Mac devices based on Intel processors have encountered an issue where the client fails to display properly after upgrading to Sonoma 14.4.x, rendering it unusable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Devices based on Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) are not affected by this issue.

Affected devices can resolve this problem by updating to the latest version 1.4.

For devices based on Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3), we also recommend upgrading to the latest arm64 version. Although the x64 version is compatible with Apple Silicon, the arm64 version provides a better user experience on Apple Silicon devices. Click HERE to download the arm64 version.

Please note:

  1. If you receive a "Cloudss is damaged" prompt after downloading, open the macOS Terminal program and enter the following command, then reopen:
    sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Cloudss.app

  2. If you encounter a "cannot open the application because it is from an unidentified developer" prompt after installation, please refer to the official Apple help documentation.

  3. If your MacOS version is before 10.15, please click HERE to download the compatible version.

For Windows users, version 1.4 is also available for update and it is optional.
